Domaine des Chazes

The Domaine des Chazes is a hamlet made up of 3 independent gîtes and two above-ground swimming pools, they are close while being independent which allows the simultaneous or separate rental of the gîtes.
The hamlet is located on one hectare of land where goats, pigs and rabbits live.
Shared access activities in an area of approximately 7000 m2 where our farm animals live. Bowling green with bowling games for adults and children available, ping pong table with 4 rackets and balls available, volleyball net with volleyball, 4 badminton rackets, football cage and ball. Loans of mountain bikes for adults and children, a children’s go-kart. Outdoor games for the whole family: throwing games, Jenga and Power 4 giants, tug of war, The Fröbel Tower, Burlap shopping bags…
The Matisou gîte and the Barruzes gîte are equipped with private above-ground swimming pools. All lodgings benefit from WiFi Hotspot internet access.
The Matisou gîte is an old stone barn with a capacity of 9 to 11 people. Fully equipped and air-conditioned, you will benefit from all the modern comforts of its 4 bedrooms, its spacious main room, its two bathrooms and toilets.
You will enjoy its large, fully furnished wooden terrace facing south and overlooking your private land with swimming pool, trampoline and swing.
The Barruzes gîte is the main residence of this old farmhouse. Located on the first level, it overlooks the large adjoining meadow. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people in its 3 bedrooms, its equipped kitchen, its living room with convertible sofa and its bathroom with toilet. Outside, a fully equipped terrace, and to fully enjoy the summer, a private above-ground swimming pool near a rock garden with a view of the large meadow and the vineyards.
The Dilanou gîte is a beautiful Loft apartment in a modern style with private garage and terrace with a capacity of 2 to 4 people. It consists of an air-conditioned main room with lounge area and convertible sofa, fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom, separate toilet and large king size bedroom on the mezzanine.

The cleanliness of the premises has always been essential in our rental offer through meticulous cleaning and in particular by the disinfection of all contact surfaces, we scrupulously follow the recommendations of the ARS to guarantee your safety, the final cleaning is therefore included in our offer. All lodgings provide household linen (tea towels, tablecloths, hand towels, bath mats, etc.) and optionally bed linen.

Saint Germain is ideally located, you can discover Ardèche in its unmissable places, events and sports and leisure activities.
The Estate is quietly located in a residential countryside area, hiking trails are nearby, as are greenways where young and old can enjoy cycling, rollerblading, scootering and running. 23 km from Vallon Pont d’Arc where you can discover or rediscover the Gorges de l’Ardèche and its Pont d’Arc.
The lodges are close to classified villages such as Vogüé which is 3 km away: it is the first starting point for the descent of the Ardèche Gorges by canoe, you can swim on its beach, visit its castle, or relax in a spa and wellness area (except summer period).
The Domaine is located 20 minutes from the Caverne du Pont d’Arc, a unique feat in the world: the reconstruction of the Grotte Ornée du Pont d’Arc, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, and the Grotte de l’Aven d’Arc. Orgnac and its City of Prehistory, the departmental Archaeological Museum of Alba La Romaine, cultural events such as Aluna Festival (3 days of festival with great artists), the new Alba-la-Romaine Festival at the ancient theater , the Estates General of Documentary Film of Lussas (Event on documentary film with seminars, workshops, professional meetings and film programming), Labeaume en musique (open-air musical festival in remarkable sites)… sporting activities and leisure activities: hiking routes at the foot of the gîte, swimming in the river and canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges, water park and animal park 8km away, for children a leisure center 5 minutes away, climbing, horseback riding, by bike on the many greenways, village festivals, summer activities, open-air cinemas, restaurants, ice cream parlors, spa and casino of Vals Les Bains, Via ferrata, tree climbing, karting, ultralight flying, caving…
