From April 11th, the new exhibitions for the spring/summer season at Château d'Aubenas invite visitors to take a fresh look at the world around us: materials, archives, mythologies and everyday gestures.

Exhibition "Belles bêtes" - information How did prehistoric humans say goodbye to their loved ones? What gestures, rituals, and symbols did they invent for this purpose? The exhibition offers a journey into the heart of their funeral rites by displaying previously unseen collections.

Enjoy this final weekend of the Castagnades to discover Joannas. The festival takes place on the forecourt of the château in this picturesque village surrounded by vineyards and chestnut trees. We will be delighted to welcome you to taste the famous chestnut.
