We offer a wide range of caving trips in the Ardèche all year round. In our family caving programme, the site and level of difficulty are ideal for beginners and accompanied children aged 5 and over.
Grand rappel – Autridge – 1/2 day discovery with BMAM
In the heart of the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve. 180 m of descent await you in breathtaking surroundings. An instructor will be on hand to guide you and reveal the secrets of this unique environment.
1 day – 24 to 32 km with Locacano Sports
Crossing the Ardèche Gorge Nature Reserve, from Vallon to Sauze. This trip can be completed during the day, depending on the flow of the river and your physical condition. An average of 6 to 7 hours navigation is relatively common.
Starry evening at the Museum – Introduction to astronomy
Open your eyes and discover the starry universe with the museum's animators. The program includes a theatrical show, followed by a short night walk and an introduction to telescope observation near the museum.
Caving activities at Aven d’Orgnac [booking required].
An introduction to caving at Aven d'Orgnac means discovering the cave from a different angle (available all year round, according to schedule and with prior booking). Just like Robert de Joly 90 years ago, you'll be immediately struck by the beauty of the landscape!

Rochecolombe dry canyon with Kayacorde
Dry riverbed expedition ("barranco" in spanish) starting in the ruins of an abandonned village. This barranco will help one get familiarized with rockclimbing, caving, ziplining, rope climbing ("via cordata") in full safety. This adventure is open to families ages 10 and up.
