Over the course of an hour, we explain how our beers are made (in French) in the production area, then finish off around the counter with a few tastings to illustrate our point.
We invite you to explore the history of the estate and then the stages of making a wine, starting with the vat room then continuing with the cellar. You will have the opportunity to discover aging in amphorae and taste one of our wines on barrel.
Your expert wine guide will explain how to look at, smell and taste wine. Through a series of sensory games and the tasting of 3 wines from the Vignerons Ardéchois, you'll learn all about the art of wine tasting!
Richard and Catherine Boucant, who are passionate about beekeeping and olive growing, open the doors of their estate to you, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees.
Embark on a 2.5 km walk around the estate accompanied by your guide, who will tell you all about the nature, vines and terroirs surrounding the estate.
All year round, at all times, a view of the production workshop through a large bay window, allowing you to see the work in progress, and a 15-minute film showing the making of the nougat.
Join us for a tour of the estate and a tasting of our wines in the little wood opposite the château! And to make the evening even more convivial, we won't forget to invite our friend Alain and his excellent sausages!
