All year round, at all times, a view of the production workshop through a large bay window, allowing you to see the work in progress, and a 15-minute film showing the making of the nougat.
Open your eyes and discover the starry universe with the museum's animators. On the program: a theatrical show, followed by a short night walk and an introduction to telescope observation near the museum.
We'll give you a guided tour of our Nougaterie, showing you all the stages in the production process, including our 1956 papilloteuse. You will then have the opportunity to taste our different Nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.
