Here we make the chestnut cake "Lou Pisadou" and the Ardèche baguette, both certified by the "Goûtez l'Ardèche" (Taste the Ardèche) brand. We also make pogne (a type of brioche), homemade macarons, and flour from "Le Petit Mitron".
The oldest brand of nougat in the Ardèche, family know-how. Traditional handmade nougats, our speciality with chestnut pieces and Ardèche chestnut tree honey... Free visit and tasting, baking in the morning from 8am to 12pm.
