Prendre l'air ! Marche immersive et sensorielle

The Berg et Coiron community of communes, in partnership with the association “Les Chouettes curieux”, offers the inhabitants of the territory a cycle of group walks, between November 2024 and June 2025, supervised by Béatrice Besson, a facilitator specializing in the environment. This project is supported by the Regional Health Agency as part of the call for events “Health and Environment”.

These walks are designed as spaces to take care of yourself, take your time and recharge your batteries in contact with nature.

The semi-nocturnal experience that is offered to you on February 8 will also be an opportunity to experience the transition to night and to welcome all the transformations that will present themselves to us and thus to discover ourselves and meet the living at another time. A little surprise will close the session…
