In 2000, the Zarina Khan Company opened Art'Kafé, a rural cultural center and community café in the heart of the thousand-year-old citadel of Mirabel. A place for workshops, meetings, and the promotion of local products and artisans and artists, the Company offers theatrical tours designed with local residents that reveal the history of the sites' geological, historical, and agricultural heritage.

Open from June 7 to September 4, by reservation.
