Visit the workshop and taste the Genêt d'Or Nougat

As soon as you arrive at our Nougaterie, we suggest you watch a short film presenting our Nougaterie. Then you can enter the workshop and discover all the stages in the nougat-making process. Our nougat-makers will present their trade and our know-how to you, and you can ask any questions you may have. Then we’ll let you taste our different nougats and the Ardèche honeys we use in our recipes.

From 20/11/2024 to 30/04/2025, every Wednesday between 10 am and 12 pm.

From 05/05 to 28/09/2025, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 am and 12 pm.
