We welcome you in an authentic 19th century stone farmhouse, facing south, with a 5000 m² enclosed and wooded park and its private parking.

In a sunny valley, quiet, high up in the village, with breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains. Located 6 minutes walk from the village center with access to all amenities (all local shops, supermarket, restaurant, doctor, dentist, coach, etc.).

The cottages are adjoining our house located in southern Ardèche with non-shared swimming pools and a large enclosed garden of 5000m², with secure play areas for children. A large enclosed parking lot for 12 cars. Experience a natural and authentic Gîte, pleasant, spacious and comfortable.

7 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own private bathroom with toilet. One bedroom on an open landing and one bedroom in a closed adjoining room. A sleeping area on an open mezzanine. Gîte Le Montloubier.
On the ground floor: A large living room including a fully equipped open kitchen, a reception area, a 45m2 lounge room with TV and DVD player, convertible corner sofa.

A mezzanine (ceiling at 1m20) with 2 single beds (90×190), with a 16 m2 terrace, a bathroom (Italian shower) and private toilet.

On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (90×190); and the other bedroom 2 single beds (90×190), a toilet, bedroom giving access by an external staircase to the terrace below.

Gîte Panorama.
On site, our other cottage ‘Le Panorama’ for 15 people. Possibility to rent both cottages (total capacity of 24 people) and to meet up with family, friends or colleagues for meals in the beautiful vaulted reception room of 50m2 available if you rent the 2 cottages.

Friendly spaces for families (reception room of 65m2),

Parking and enclosed garden, 3 bedrooms with toilet and private bathroom. Come empty-handed, there is everything you need on site, to celebrate your event together: cousin reunion, birthday, Christmas party, Easter, All Saints’ Day etc.

We offer entertainment: Salsa and/or Bachata classes by reservation,

A local caterer with quality products to enjoy good meals,

Spaces: for pétanque, ping-pong, volleyball, badminton, Fitness,

A closed and secure 5000 m2 field for children,

We are located 20 km from the Montélimar TGV station, close to the Ardèche gorges, the Ibie valley and the charming listed villages: Voguë, Balazuc, Labeaume etc.

Our 19th century farmhouse faces south and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Monts de l’Ardèche. Gîte at an altitude of 280m, village of 3000 inhabitants.

Access to all amenities within 6 minutes on foot (all local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, doctors etc.)

Municipal charging station for electric vehicles in the large village car park 700 m from our gîte.

In our lodgings we provide rental of our own bicycles: 4 classic and 3 e-bikes.
